Our Approach

CPW worked with Trinity College Cambridge to support the delivery of this prestigious co-working space located in Cambridge Science Park. The Bradfield Centre is now home to more than 60 high growth tech startups and scaling businesses. The bespoke 40,000ft² space provides a creative and stimulating workspace environment for tech entrepreneurs, researchers and students and will instigate a new, exciting period for business innovation in Cambridge.

At three storeys the facility includes a range of options from desks and offices to incubators and collaborative spaces. As well as meeting rooms, social and community hubs, an on-site cafe and conference facilities.

Completed in 2017, to a value of £16m, the project will play an important part in shaping the future of the tech landscape in Cambridge. The project team at CPW worked closely alongside project architects to help the building achieve a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating, which comes as a result of the inclusion of sustainably focused features such as the optimisation of natural daylight.
