CPW’s EDI Mission Statement
CPW is a place where we want all staff to feel safe, protected and listened to. Our mission is to create a truly inclusive environment, building on diversity; where all staff can flourish, have a sense of belonging, and are able to reach their full potential.
Our People
Our people are the beating heart of our organisation. With over 250 staff across 12 office locations, we run an international operation spanning the UK, Poland and India.
We place great emphasis on listening and collaborating with our staff because this helps foster a respectful and inclusive working culture that everyone can feel positively towards.
Our business is a family, where we each play important roles in the day-to-day operations. As such, staff well-being is our top priority. We are invested in our people, and strive to ensure that each member of our staff is fulfilled in their role.
We have recently been accredited with Investors in People ‘Silver’, and we’re constantly striving to create a healthier and happier workforce.
Apprenticeships?
We’ve got you covered.
We believe in nurturing and growing our own talent, which is why we have been running an Apprenticeship Programme for over 20 years.
We recruit school and sixth form leavers and subsidise their further qualifications, provide them with structured practical training and support.
We encourage and support all our engineers with membership to industry recognised institutions at all levels, from Young Engineers Network (YEN) through to full membership.
Cutting-edge design
We are at the forefront of cutting-edge design and it’s something we are passionate about. We don’t follow trends and we don’t do the bare minimum.
