Our Approach
Castle View Windsor is a contemporary retirement village in the heart of Windsor’s enviable residential district, designed for over 55s with an independent lifestyle.
The development features a 78 bed residential care home and 64 apartments and features a library with a rooftop sky lounge, complete with a stunning view of Windsor Castle.
The design was developed in close collaboration with UK and international senior living designers for the best possible care of dementia. It includes warden call with advanced assistive technologies to automatically detect potential problems and dementia sensitive telecare facilities for ease of communication. It integrates a residential standard sprinkler system.
When designing Castle View Windsor we wanted to create a place where people truly felt at home, whilst also drastically improving accessibility, safety, and usability for residents, their family, and staff.
