Our Approach
This ambitious large-scale regeneration scheme provides a combination of up to 1,000 high quality affordable homes and 20 new retail units in a five phase project to reopen links to key local transport routes and reintegrate the estate with the traditional urban street pattern of north Kensington.
As part of our commitment to cutting carbon emissions, we added a rainwater storage tank system, installed high efficiency Mechanical Ventilation Heat Recovery units in each home, and built a new energy centre with highly efficient gas fired condensing boilers, a CHP unit, and thermal stores to power the development. Subject to planning permission, we also plan to install electric vehicle charging points.
The project has been awarded “First Time Buyer Readers Award” at the 2020 Best Urban Regeneration Awards.
