Apprenticeship Scheme
The CPW apprenticeship scheme
CPW is committed to developing young people and believe our inherent responsibility is to create professionals that shape the country’s future. We have employed and developed over 150 young engineers in the last 10 years.
We like to promote from within and progression is structured on a merit-based system with its success reflected in our staff retention levels. Many junior staff have progressed through the business, with the majority of our Seniors and Directors having begun their careers here as trainees.
Our culture is based upon collaboration and sharing knowledge. We strive to support skills development and have invested heavily in nurturing young talent and providing opportunities to grow within the company. This not only drives our business forward but contributes towards placing the highest calibre candidates into an industry we are passionate about.
