This multi-million pound, Grade ‘A’ Office for IM Group offers employees a flexible approach to working including collaborative working zones, research areas, laboratories, quiet booths, Wi-Fi enabled terraces, and outdoor seating areas in which to relax or work.

With wellbeing at its heart, the HQ was designed to meet the business’s growing requirements over the next 30 years; therefore, future proofing was a key element when considering the design.

Electrical car-charging points have been installed in the car park - these points can be extended to every parking space as the need arises and electric vehicles become more commonplace.

CPW are proud to have developed this flagship Grade ‘A’ modern office, equipped with the latest technologies for agile working to be effective and efficient.

The building is future-proofed including electric vehicle provision, gigabit fibre broadband connectivity across the estate including outdoors.
