Our Approach
This new two-storey Community Hospital in Moreton-in-Marsh houses a 20 bed in-patient department, out-patient department, therapies unit, minor injuries unit, and radiology wing.
Supplementing this, we also designed the adjacent GP surgery, The Four Shires Medical Centre.
The prestigious Cotswolds has strict planning regulations to retain its beauty, so we used the regular stakeholder meetings to fully appreciate the associated complexities and sensitivities so that we could carefully comply with these.
As part of our ongoing drive for energy and cost efficiency, our teams worked tirelessly to achieve a BREEAM Excellent rating, including installation of 18m² of solar panels, calculated to reduce CO₂ emissions by around 10%.
