Our Approach
The ambitious Ansty Park is a £45m facility providing 1000 employees with a new 32,000ft2 European operational centre for braking systems, thermal solutions, services and support for world-class aerospace and technology operations, combined with 11,000ft2 of office space for the group’s financial sector.
The development combined the company’s three sites of Coventry, Birmingham and Maidenhead into one major manufacturing facility.
Constructing the development on a disused manufacturing site and military airfield presented a challenge for our teams, with detailed planning required to divert and remove many existing buried services.
The manufacturing hall includes infrastructure down to the last detail including lighting, heating, fire alarms, IT, Security, backup generator, LEV, hot and cold water, compressed air and sprinklers.
