Our Approach
Birch Coppice is an award-winning thriving business development of 5 warehouses, home to businesses including Ocado and Volkswagen.
To mark the rich heritage of the area, a miners’ memorial was erected at the site’s entrance.
The development adopted many BREEAM inspired initiatives to reduce the consumption of resources.
In particular, it was desired to increase the typical rooflight provision with high transmission units in order to reduce artificial lighting demand.
