This large-scale regeneration scheme aims to cut carbon emissions through efficient mechanical ventilation systems, rainwater storage tank systems, and a new energy centre with gas fired condensing boilers, a CHP unit and thermal stores. We also have plans to install electric vehicle charging points for residents.
The Place
Our team designed this new zero carbon office space to Passivhaus standards, including various innovative mechanical and electrical power solutions. These included systems such as ventilation units, agile pull-down power sockets to enable flexible working styles and a small number of electrical panel heaters.
