CPW Apprenticeship Applications for 2023 Now Open

We are excited to announce that our apprenticeship programme is now open for 2023. We have developed over 150 young engineers through our scheme in the last 10 years and we’re hopeful that 2023 will be another great year for young talent.

We strive to support skills development and invest heavily in nurturing young talent and providing opportunities to grow within the company. Many of our Seniors and Directors began their careers here as trainees and progressed through the business.

You can currently apply for positions at our headquarters in Solihull, but more locations around the UK will be added in due course.
