CPW Lighting Designer wins Student of the Year

CPW are pleased to announce that Lighting Designer Kate Morley won the Lighting Industry Association (The LIA) Advanced (Interior) Certificate Award for Outstanding Student of the Year 2023. The awards took place at the LIA’s Annual General Meeting on 25th May 2023 at the Drapers’ Hall in London.

Kate has worked extremely hard during her Advanced Interior Certificate course, we are very proud of her and her well deserved achievement.

Kate said: "I completed the course as I really wanted to learn more about the science and theories behind how and why we as lighting designers do what we do, and how that affects how we conduct our day-to-day jobs.

"The stimulating course content has expanded my knowledge and insight on perception of lighting and its effects, and has positively impacted my project work since, hopefully in a way that will be beneficial to all."
